In-person at The Teal Center · Arlington, VA + Zoom, Online
For me, Family Constellations is not simply a technique, but a way of seeing ourselves in connection with others - as both influencing and being influenced by the relationships and larger systems we are part of. This approach invites us to look beyond the individual and access what may be hidden from our conscious view in the way we relate to ourselves and others, as well as within our family histories and larger systems — and that may continue to influence our lives.
As our perception expands, we may begin to see familiar situations differently, recognize connections that were previously outside our awareness, and create space for something to shift and new possibilities to emerge.
For those who choose to facilitate professionally, this way of seeing also becomes a foundation for not only facilitating Family Constellations, but also for working with others in general - learning to expand our attention, stay with the Client, listen to the Field, and follow what emerges rather than applying predetermined solutions.
In this year-long training, I want to create a learning environment where there is room to experience, practice, observe, reflect, make mistakes, move forward, and learn from one another. My intention is to offer a solid foundation for both personal exploration and professional facilitation, from which each person can gradually develop their own way of seeing and working.
If this resonates with you, you are welcome to join me on this journey in 2027.
The training is open to those interested in Systemic & Family Constellations for personal development, professional practice, or both.
It may be a good fit if you want to explore your life and relationships from a systemic perspective, learn to facilitate Family Constellations, integrate a systemic perspective into an existing helping profession, or deepen an existing Constellation practice.
No previous professional experience with Family Constellations is required.
The training consists of seven modules combining theory, demonstrations, experiential exercises, constellations, and practice appropriate to each participant's selected track.
Module 1. The Family System and My Place in It
Systemic Thinking as a Way of Seeing Life • Who Belongs to The Family System • Field & Learning to Listen • Attention as an Instrument of Perception • Meeting the Client: The Client–Facilitator Dyad • Facilitator’s Place & Stance
Module 2. Mother. The Movement Toward Life

*Beginning with Module 5, Professional Track participants will have opportunities for supervised facilitation practice. Participants may invite outside clients for their practice sessions if they wish, or continue practicing with fellow training participants.
Module 6. Everyone Belongs. Me Too.
